Odlin County Park Maintenance Facility Build: The bid opening previously scheduled for 3/26/26 at 3:45pm is cancelled. No bids will be accepted or opened.

New building consists of a reception office, restroom with shower, utility room with washer and dryer, with an attached 2 port garage. At the back, the roof extends over an open-air covered storage space, also accessible by a man door from the garage. At the front, two allocated parking spaces including an ADA and an electric car charging station. Two overhead 10’x10’ garage doors and a stub in for a future 2nd electrical vehicle charging supply inside the building between the two ports. All associated site work as shown on civil drawings is included, as well as associated Landscape, HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical work.

Odlin County Park Water System Repair project: San Juan County is seeking a contractor to replace three 2-way brass valves with stainless steel 2-way ball valves to Odlin County Park’s water system. Odlin County Park is located on Lopez Island, WA., requiring a ferry, boat or plane to access, so please factor mobilization into your bid calculations.
