Information to assist with reporting Notifiable Conditions as per WAC 246-101 is found below. These conditions are reportable to the Local Health Jurisdiction in which the patient resides unless otherwise indicated on the list or poster

Call the San Juan County Sheriff's Dispatch Non-Emergency Line at 360-378-4151 and request to speak with the Health Department Manager On-Call.
