[ARCHIVED] Legal Tools for Farm Succession: Securing Your Farm’s Future

SAN JUAN COUNTY, WA. March 31, 2025 – San Juan County farmers can gain essential legal insights for farm succession planning by attending a free virtual workshop hosted by WSU San Juan Extension on April 9 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Attorney Dylan LeValley of Adams & Duncan Lawyers, a real estate and business attorney specializing in agricultural law, will lead the session. Dylan will cover key legal tools to help farmers successfully transition their operations, whether they are preparing to step away from full-time production or looking to secure their farm’s future for the next generation.
